Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered us small rooms for the price paid; the bathroom had only a tiny mirror and lacked space for toiletries. Despite this, the balcony provided a nice touch to the room.
The hotel had a unique design with open plan rooms lacking privacy but offered a stunning view of the port. The rooms were smaller compared to other places we stayed at during our Croatian trip. The location, facing the port directly, was convenient for ferry access but led to constant queuing outside. The dining experience was mixed with some good food choices but also some disappointing aspects.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy at night due to music from the bar below, and they were on the smaller side. However, being part of a larger hotel chain had its advantages. The service could have been more welcoming and helpful, and the location, though unique, had its drawbacks with constant queuing for ferries. The dining options were good, despite some shortcomings, and the facilities met basic needs.
The hotel had very nice rooms but lacked natural light due to a large blocking wall. The service was great, with responsive and accommodating staff. The location was faultless, perfect for ferry convenience. The dining experience was not worth the high price. The facilities were good overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable with a perfect view of the whole harbor right from the bed. The service I received was incredibly effective and professional, which made up for any slight room layout quirks. The hotel's ideal location near the harbor and with nearby attractions added to the overall great experience. The dining experience was amazing with a great selection and lovely service. Although the hotel lacked certain facilities, the overall value for money was excellent.
The hotel had some room issues initially with cracking noises from the toilet door hinges and non-working vanity lights. Despite being a bit dark and having a shared patio, the rooms were ultimately very nice. Unfortunately, after booking flights home, a better room was offered too late.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The stunning sunset views from the room and the vibrant harbor atmosphere with non-stop music until 2 am were incredible. However, the room showed signs of needing renovation with stains and an outdated look, and it was a bit too small for two people with luggage.
